Camere ed appartamenti dal gusto raffinato e discreto dotati di tutti i moderni comfort olre che ciascuno di un atrio attrezzato con sedie e tavoli con spazio verde privato annesso. Tutte le tipologie abitative, arredate con gusto e semplicità in armonia con l’ambiente, sono fornite di servizi igienici autonomi,climatizzazione,frigo, phon e TV.
Tenuta Specolizzi is located near Lido Marini, in the Southern Apulia area known as the Salento; very rich in fruit and olive trees, the country house offers a wonderful countryside holiday close near to the sea.
Guest accommodation is located in a cluster of recently restored buildings, originally used as store for farming equipment, skilfully converted by owners Mario and Silvana in comfortable bedrooms and apartments all individually furnished in traditional Mediterranean style. Each apartment opens out on to its own private garden with furnished terrace.
The large swimming pool situated in the garden is at guests disposal. A property's private beach is just 2kms away. For sports enthusiasts, there are numerous facilities in the vicinity, including a golf course, tennis courts, riding stables, jogging routes and five-a-side soccer pitch.
