PugliaRooms is an online reservation agency aimed to offert the opportunity to the users to make reservations directly on Apartments, Flats, Hotels, Resorts, Farmhouses, Bed and Breakfast, Camping and Holiday Villages all around Apulia and Salento.

Our service is based on information provided by Private Renters, Resorts, Hotels, Tour Operators and Agencies. Although we do even more than our best to ensure that all information provided on this website is exact and precise, PugliaRooms.com can not guarantee that all information is comprehensive and error-free nor can we be held responsible for interruptions or non-delivery of information.  

Our service is free of charge. PugliaRooms will not add any additional reservation fees to the rooms rates.

HOW TO SEARCH AN ACCOMMODATION ON PUGLIAROOMS:
The database of the site may be processed in 3 different ways:
1.Search by destination: the platform enables to display accommodations available in the exact place clicked on.
2.Search by type: selecting the type of accommodation it's possible to display all available accommodations.
3.Search by name: entering the name of an already known accomodation.

HOW TO BOOK:
In order to book the requested accommodation, the user simply has to to fill in a form. and make a bank trasfer directly to the owner of the accommodation. Within a few hours (at the latest 24 hours) he will receive an answer from our staff with information about the availability.

HOW TO CONFIRM THE RESERVATION:
After the request of booking of the room/flat, the user will receive the booking form, that he will sign and send by fax within 24 hours. As regards confirmation with both bank (cable) transfer deposit and postal order deposit, the user also has to send by fax (attached to the signed form) the copy of the receipt for payment. PugliaRooms will send by email a confirmation message together with the reservation voucher, which has to be shown at the reception desk at the arrival.

HOW TO MAKE A CANCELLATION:
Cancellation has to be forwarded by fax only, provided the application of the hotel cancellation policy, as stated in the booking form. PugliaRooms itself will not charge any cancellation fee.
